Manchester United manager David Moyes is planning to spend £45m to sign full-backs Seamus Coleman, 25, and Luke Shaw, 18, from Everton and Southampton respectively.
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has put Nottingham Forest's 20-year-old central defender Jamaal Lascelles on his summer shopping list.

Rodgers also wants to add experience to his defence by bringing in 33-year-old Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole on a free transfer.
Newcastle are on the trail of Metz forward Diafra Sakho, with the 24-year-old valued at about £800,000.
